What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancelling up to 24 hours before your appointment is free of charge – a quick call is enough. Since we assign every slot individually, a very last-minute cancellation of a colour or bridal styling window usually stays empty; that's why we ask especially for long appointments to let us know early. If you're running late, please call: we'll shorten the appointment where possible rather than cancel it entirely.
