How much time should I plan for each service?

A men's cut takes around 30 to 45 minutes with us, a women's cut with wash and blow-dry about 60 minutes. For a coloration, we allow 90 to 120 minutes depending on hair length, and up to three hours for balayage. For bridal styling, we deliberately take more time, including the trial appointment.

Is the consultation included in the price?

Yes. Every appointment begins with a conversation in the chair: we look at hair structure, growth direction and your everyday routine and discuss what's achievable. This consultation costs nothing extra and remains free even if you subsequently decide against a color change.

How short-notice can I get an appointment?

For cuts, there are often still slots available within the current week, especially in the mornings. Color appointments and balayage should be requested about two weeks in advance. We're happy to plan bridal styling three to six months ahead, so the trial appointment and wedding day fit together.

What happens with a color change on previously damaged hair?

We first check the condition of your hair and, if needed, do a strand test. If a desired shade would require too much substance in one session, we suggest building it up over several appointments. We discuss this assessment openly before we begin applying anything.

Can I combine several services in one appointment?

That's common and sensible, for example coloration and a cut in one afternoon. Please tell us what you'd like to combine when requesting your appointment, so we can reserve enough time in the chair. Without this note, the booked time slot is often not enough.

How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please call us or send us an email, ideally 24 hours before the appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other guests. For bridal styling, due to the long time slots, a notice period of seven days applies, which we'll confirm with you at booking.

From the cut to the wedding day

We work with four service areas, all under one roof: cut, colouring, balayage and bridal styling. If you're coming in for a trim, you can refresh your colour in the same appointment – if you're planning a wedding, you'll discuss your trial appointment and the day's schedule with the same person who will do your hair on the morning.

Women's haircut

We cut according to hair structure and growth direction, not a template. Before the first cut, we talk about your styling routine – a shape that only works in the salon is not a good shape.

From classic scissor work to clipper fades and beard contouring. Those who wear short sides come in more often – we note the guards used so the result stays reproducible next time.

Colouring

Root colour, toning, or a complete colour change. We mix every colour fresh and check beforehand what pre-pigmentation the hair brings with it – especially with dark previous colouring, this determines the result.

Balayage

Freehand-applied lightening with a soft transition, so that regrowth doesn't leave a hard line. The appointment takes longer than a root colour – but the result lasts noticeably longer.

Bridal styling and colour in detail

Two areas need more time than a typical appointment: the wedding hairstyle, which requires a trial run, and the colour work, which we test on a strand beforehand.

The trial appointment is ideally held a few weeks before the wedding. We work with veil, comb or flowers exactly as they'll be worn on the day, and document the pinning sequence – so the style sits perfectly on the morning without any improvising.

Colour that suits your starting hair

Before every lightening treatment, we test on a hidden strand to see how the hair reacts. With previous colouring from henna, semi-permanent dyes, or multiple colour layers, we plan the path to your desired shade over two appointments instead of one – this protects the hair's structure.
