Coloring and colour correction
Root touch-ups, full colour, highlights and rescuing colours gone wrong — every colouring service with us starts with a look at your natural hair and a conversation about your goal.
Color Consultation
Skin tone first, then the color pot
A color never looks the same in the pot as it does on a person: we match skin tone, eye color and the existing color in the lengths before we mix anything.
It all starts with your existing hair. Two-year-old color remnants in the lengths, faded highlights or naturally red-tinted hair each react differently to the same mixture. That's why we examine your hair in its dry, unwashed state — that's where its true structure shows most honestly.
After that, we talk about your everyday routine: how often you wash your hair, how much time you have for care, and when your next appointment might fit in. From these answers, we determine whether a root touch-up, a toning treatment or a soft color gradient is the gentler choice.

Our Color Services
Four Paths to a New Color
Whether only the roots are touched up or the entire length gets a new tone determines the duration, effort and price — here are the four services side by side.
Process
How Your Color Appointment Unfolds
From color diagnosis to the final blow-dry, we allow between 60 and 150 minutes depending on scope. These are the five steps you'll go through with us.
Color diagnosis at the daylight window

We determine your starting point: natural tone, proportion of gray hair, remnants of old color in the lengths and the hair's condition. At the untreated roots we identify the base level, and in the lengths we see how much pigment is already present. Both factors determine whether your desired tone can be achieved in one appointment or needs to be built up over two sessions.

Using the color chart, we hold possible tones up to your face and compare them with your skin undertone and eye color. For major changes — such as going from dark brown to ash blonde — we do a test strand beforehand on a hidden section. This way you see the real result before your entire head is colored.

The color is freshly mixed for you, with the appropriate developer strength: lower percentages for tone-on-tone, higher ones for lightening. It's applied in narrow, sectioned partings, starting with the roots and then the lengths. For gray coverage, we start where the gray proportion is highest, usually at the temples and part line.

Depending on the product, the color processes for 20 to 45 minutes. In between, we check the tone's development on a strand and rinse out as soon as it's right — not by the clock. This is followed by an acidic aftertreatment that closes the cuticle layer and makes the color longer-lasting.

After rinsing, we trim the ends on request and blow-dry into the finished style. Finally, we discuss which shampoo supports the tone, when the next root touch-up is due and whether an intermediate treatment makes sense. We note the recommended follow-up appointment directly on your card.
