Hair salon with two chairs in front of mirrors, oak furniture, and a mullioned window overlooking a brick façade

Hair salon in Hamburg's Altstadt

If you keep coming back, you won't have to explain yourself twice

For our regular clients, we keep track of what works: the colour formula, the cut length, the preferred hand at the chair. You sit down, and the appointment picks up right where the last one left off.

What regular clients get

Three things that are different the second time round

From your second visit onwards, we work with a client card: it records formula, processing time and cutting structure, so the result stays repeatable.

Process

How your regular appointment unfolds

If you come to us regularly, you don't have to start from scratch at every appointment: your details are already on file, the team knows your hair growth, and the time at the chair goes into the work instead of the initial briefing.

Five steps from arrival to your next appointment

Before your appointment we look at your card: last cut, last colour formula, products used. At the chair we take just two or three minutes to clarify what's changed – new medication, hair loss after an illness, a summer with a lot of chlorinated water, or the wish to let the length grow out after all. These points noticeably affect the cutting structure and the colour result.

Documentation

What's on your client card

A colour formula isn't a secret, it's a recipe: shade, mixing ratio, developer strength and processing time. We note it down after every appointment, so a result stays repeatable – even if a different colleague works on your hair one day.

This information we record

  • Colour formula with nuances, mixing ratio, developer strength and processing time – separately for regrowth and lengths
  • Lightening technique: foils, freehand balayage, cap technique, number and placement of sections
  • Cut shape: layering, nape length, fringe width, contour line, parting tendency
  • Hair condition: porosity, prior treatment from previous colours, sensitive scalp
  • Tolerances and known reactions, for example to ammonia or fragrances
  • Purchased care products, so the recommendation fits next time

Who sees the data

The client card is kept in our salon software and is only visible to the team. We store what is professionally necessary – no data "just in case". Health-related notes such as a scalp reaction are only recorded with your consent, as they are subject to special protection.

You can request access, correct information or ask for deletion at any time. On request, we can give you your colour formula in writing, for example before a move. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

Rhythm and prices

Fixed Appointments and what they cost

The right interval between two appointments depends on hair growth – around one centimetre per month – and how much your desired colour differs from your natural tone. We'll suggest a rhythm that you can adjust at any time.

Typical appointment intervals

Guide values from everyday salon practice. The price depends on hair length, hair thickness and effort involved – we state the binding total before work begins.

Schnitt

  • Men's cut, clippers and scissors every 4–5 weeks

Contours at the nape and ears grow out of shape fastest.

  • Women's cut, shape maintenance every 8–12 weeks

Trimming layers and ends without losing length.

  • Fringe trim separately every 3–4 weeks

Short in-between appointment of about ten minutes, without washing.

Farbe

  • Root colour for grey coverage every 5–8 weeks

From about two centimetres of regrowth, the line becomes clearly visible.

  • Balayage or highlights, refresh every 3–5 months

Soft gradient with no hard regrowth line, just tone-on-tone care in between.

  • Gloss toner in between as needed, approx. 30 minutes

Refreshes faded nuances and seals the cuticle layer.
