Understanding our pricing
The price is set on the head, not in a catalog
Two people with the same desired look rarely need the same time in the chair — that's why we quote ranges and set the exact amount only after the consultation.
A chin-length bob and hip-length hair are the same type of cut, but not the same amount of work. With color, what's already in the hair matters too: a naturally grown-out root color can be treated differently than hair that has been colored or lightened multiple times before. That's why we only assess the effort involved once we've had your hair in our hands — in the salon or during the consultation for a color appointment.
You help decide what the appointment ultimately includes. Nothing is quietly added on.

- Toning and color refresh
Shine and nuance between two color appointments.
Balayage
- Balayage, first application
Freehand-applied gradient followed by toning.

How the price is determined
From desired look to a fixed amount
Two appointments for the same service can turn out differently — that's why we quote price ranges instead of fixed amounts. What matters is hair length, hair volume, the desired degree of lightening and the history of your hair color. Anyone who has previously used dark permanent color or henna needs more steps than someone with untreated natural hair. We calculate this during the consultation before the first brushstroke and let you know where you'll fall within the range.
Length and hair density
From shoulder length and with thick hair, the amount of colour and time required increases noticeably. For balayage, the length determines how many strands we apply and work freehand.
Starting colour and history
Lightening dark or repeatedly coloured hair often requires two sessions. Semi-permanent colours, henna and old strand edges have a lasting effect and require additional balancing steps.
Care and additional steps
Bonding treatment during bleaching, a finishing gloss or a deep conditioning treatment can be booked separately. We only recommend them if the condition of your hair calls for it.

We examine your hair structure, roots, and existing color in daylight, discuss your desired result, and define the services. For color treatments, we recommend bringing reference photos.

You'll receive the expected amount and the planned appointment duration before we mix anything. We only begin work after you've given your approval.
If it becomes clear during the treatment that an additional step would be beneficial — such as a care treatment after lightening — we'll ask you first and state the surcharge before carrying it out.
At the register, you'll see every item listed separately. You can pay by cash, debit, or credit card. On request, we'll reserve your next root touch-up appointment right away — typically six to eight weeks out.
