Your bridal hairstyle, trialled twice and celebrated once
We coordinate your hairstyle and styling with your dress, jewellery and veil at a dedicated trial appointment, and we're there for you on the morning of your wedding – at our salon on Deichstraße or at your getting-ready location.
Our approach
Two appointments, one hairstyle that holds
At the trial appointment, we work with your real elements: a photo of the dress, veil, hair comb, earrings. Whatever is pinned there, we repeat step by step on your wedding day.
- 1
Initial consultation
Around 20 minutes, by phone on +49 30 23125105 or in the salon. We clarify the date, the time of the ceremony, the getting-ready location and how many people need styling. You'll then receive a proposed date for the trial.
- 2
Trial appointment
About 90 minutes in the salon. Bring your veil, hair accessories, earrings and a photo of the dress. We work out two to three variations, document the chosen one with photos from all angles, and note down the products and pinning sequence.
- 3
Fine-tuning
About four weeks before the appointment, we discuss the details: hair length after your last cut, how the veil sits, root colour. We take note of any small adjustments to the trial hairstyle here, so a second full appointment isn't needed.
- 4
Wedding day
We start early enough that you're finished with plenty of buffer before your photo session – in the salon from 7am, or on request at your location. To finish, we set the hairstyle and give you hairpins and spray to take with you for the evening.
What we style
From the classic high chignon to the best man's side parting
We don't just style the bride: on a wedding morning, partners, bridesmaids/groomsmen and mothers regularly take their turn in the chair with us as well.

Updo
Classic low chignon, twisted sections or a loosely pinned variant with pulled-out contours. We pin with hairpins instead of a rigid framework, so the style stays flexible throughout the day and can still be touched up in the evening.

Loose waves
Soft waves created with a curling iron or rollers, half-pinned on request. Well suited for outdoor ceremonies – in that case we work with extra hold at the roots and secure strands invisibly around the face.

Veil and hair accessories
Comb, pins, flowers or a headband are worked in during the trial appointment, not just on the wedding day itself. We determine the exact placement so the veil can be removed unaided after the ceremony while the style stays in place.

Styling for partners and best man/maid of honour
Men's cut and finish the day before or on the morning itself, plus styling for bridesmaids, mothers and children. We schedule the appointments back-to-back as a block so the group arrives together and leaves together.
Impressions
Two ways to wear the same dress
The cost of bridal styling depends on hair length, hair density and how elaborate the hairstyle is: a classic updo with an incorporated veil takes considerably more time than loose waves with side pinning. That's why we only provide a binding quote after the trial appointment. There, we record the technique, time required and the products used in writing, so you know what to expect before your wedding day. On request, we schedule wedding-day appointments before our regular opening hours, so you can sit in the salon without any bustle around you.

Preparation
How to prepare for your trial appointment
The more we know about the dress, jewellery and schedule for the day, the more precise the planning will be.
- Bring the veil, hair comb, hairpins or flowers that will be worn on the wedding day — the updo is built around these pieces, not the other way around.
- A photo of the dress, especially the neckline at the back, helps decide between an updo worn high or low.
- Wash your hair the day before, not on the morning of the appointment: slightly dry hair holds an updo noticeably better than freshly washed hair.
- Avoid heavy treatments and silicone products beforehand, as they make the hair slippery.
- We schedule any major colour change, such as balayage or a root touch-up, two to three weeks before the wedding — this gives the colour time to settle.
- Let us know the time and location of the ceremony so we can plan the start time and allow a buffer for travel.
