How does the colour consultation work?

Every colouring and every balayage begins with a conversation at the daylight window. We look at the structure, roots and previous treatments, hold strand samples against your hair, and discuss what's achievable in one appointment and what needs two sessions. Reference photos are welcome. The finished formula is noted with the date on your client card, so the result can be tracked next time.
